Springvale & District Netball Association is located in Rowan Road Dingley Village. SDNA provide a junior netball competition for players from 8 – 18 years of age. They are also a registered Netball Victoria ‘Net Set Go’ centre offering an introduction to netball for participants from 5 – 10 years. Ten clubs form their membership. These clubs come from adjacent suburbs and other areas within the Kingston Municipality. The SDNA also provide a senior competition through our partnership with the Southern Football Netball League. White Lightning require the services of a coach for their U/13 girls netball team.
After playing together for 2 years the girls have joined the Prahran Netball competition. We require a dedicated an enthusiastic coach to share their knowledge of the game and develop the netball skills of our girls so they can effectively move to the next level of competition.
Coach will need to provide a one hour training session prior to the match and coach the weekly game during the 2017 netball season. Season commences Saturday 11th Feb.
Essential: Good knowledge of the rules and skills of netball as a player. Previous coaching experience is desirable. Ability to run drills and motivate the team. Must be punctual.

Hurstbridge is looking for a head coach/coaches to join the squad for 2017 and beyond. We are a part of the Northern Netball League Competition. Matches take place on a Friday night from April through to September.
Our club has been part of the league since 2012. We started with only one team and have now grown to 3 sides and hope to continue this growth. Since entering the NNL in 2012 we have had won 3 premiership flags, plus a summer season flag, and also had girls place 1st and 2nd in the league B & F in 2015 & 2016.
Hurstbridge have many players that have played for years, their dedication and sportsmanship for the club is outstanding. We have also recruited many new players along the way and plan to continue to do so. We need a dedicated and enthusiastic person to help the girls continue to develop their skills and bring something new to the club.
Pre-Season training will commence in February, with practice matches being played in February/March.

The FedUni WestVic Academy of Sport, in partnership with Netball Victoria and AFL Goldfields, will from November 2016 run a program for athletes aspiring to trial for the 2018 “Netball Victoria Zone Academy” at the end of 2017. This is an exciting project looking to build of a fantastic first year in 2015/2016.
The program will deliver two blocks of four training days (one in November/December 2016 and one in July 2017), combining on-court technical and tactical activities as well as personal development workshops in areas such as: nutrition, sport psychology and injury prevention; per the Netball Australia “Dare to Develop a Diamond” program.
Objectives of the program are to complement existing programs such as ‘Association Championships’ and Club/Association Netball and up-skill the region’s best under 14 talent to have them as well prepared as possible for the 2018 “Netball Victoria Zone Academy” trials held at the end of 2017.
The program is looking for a Head Coach and Assistant Coach, who will work with FedUni WestVic Academy of Sport management and partners to deliver the program. Their key responsibilities will be:
- Design and deliver the 8 training sessions, using the Netball Australia “Dare to Develop a Diamond” curriculum supplied by Netball Victoria.
- Work with FedUni WestVic Academy of Sport management staff to plan, organise and deliver personal development workshops and other administrative tasks.
- Work with representatives from FedUni WestVic Academy of Sport management and program partners Netball Victoria and AFL Goldfields to monitor all program aspects.

COACHES WANTED – Caulfield South Netball Club
Our Commitment and Philosophy:
We are a community based club passionate about involving and supporting young people to engage in netball from an early age right through to adults. Our commitment extends to supporting the development of young people into coaching. This then enables skill development not only in the sport itself, but also gives opportunity for leadership development. We believe our coaches should receive appropriate remuneration in recognition for the time and effort they put into coaching, training and developing their teams and themselves.
What do we need?
Immediately we need coaches in Under 11s, Under 15s and Under 17s, but we are looking towards the future, and will have ongoing needs into the future. We train at present at either Murrumbeena or Elwood, but we are open to other sites as teams join from local communities. Games are on Friday evenings (Under 11s) or Saturday mornings, time dependent on age and grade at Duncan McKinnon reserve through the Caulfield and District Netball Association. We participate in two seasons – Winter (March-June) and Summer (July – November).
We will support coaches to attain their foundation and development coaching training in the form of registration costs, and all coaches are encouraged to undertake base level and further training.
At present, our remuneration policy is under review, but coaches receive a base payment, with extra payments with development and/or mentoring.
