So you’re interested in playing netball but don’t know where or how to start? We have tried to break down the process into a step by step guide so you can easily find a netball club in your area and start playing today.

Step 1: What is your closest association, league or ANZ NetSetGO centre?

Netball Victoria provides an online search of all our affiliated netball associations, leagues and ANZ NetSetGO centres. Step 2: Contact your local Association or League

In order to find a local club you will need to contact your local Association or League. They will be able to provide you with a list of the clubs that play in their competitions and will also be able to tell you the days and/or nights that they run their competitions.

Step 3: Contact your local Club

  • The last part of the simple process is to contact some of the local clubs that have been given to you by their Association or League. Some examples of questions you might ask clubs which may help you choose the right one for you or your child are:
  • What day and time is training? This is to ensure it fits in with other commitments.
  • Where is training held? Is it indoor or outdoor? What are the court surfaces?
  • How much are the membership fees?
  • Is there a uniform? What is the cost?
  • What are the club colours?
  • Does the club have any development programs other than playing on offer, such as umpiring or coaching?
  • All the best and good luck with your netball!

Association Finder simply enter your post code by clicking here Association Finder and let us search for your closest Association.
