Netball Victoria Chief Executive Officer Michelle Plane said partnering with V/Line to deliver the State Titles event since 2008 has been a great success for both organisations, with the State Titles being a great opportunity for the netball community to come together in one place at one time. The partnership also extends to supporting the V/Line Life Training program, which helps to grow confidence and life skills in young people, thereby helping support and strengthen communities through the game of netball.
“With the help of V/Line, we are able to deliver a fantastic netball competition that allows regions to pit their skills against other regions all across Victoria and helps highlight the Netball Victoria pathway for developing players, coaches and officials,” Ms Plane said.
