NetSetGO PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

Participant Registration

All NetSetGO participants are to self-register for their 2018 NetSetGO program. Participants can register through the NetSetGO website or NetSetGO Centre Coordinators can distribute the share link available through the online NetSetGO Centre Registration.

Self-Registration will ensure that all participant information is correct and will assist with the delivery of participant packs.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the participant registration has been completed the fee is non-refundable.

All participants are required to have a current email address in MyNetball to enable their account to be set-up. Should any participant not have the correct or an active email address, please refer to the below document on how the NetSetGO Centre Coordinator can update the participant details through MyNetball.

Participant Packs

In 2018 Participant packs will be distributed directly to the participant shortly after the registration is completed. Therefore, it is vital the correct contact details are placed into the MyNetball system at the time of registration to ensure participant packs are correctly delivered.

Once registered participants will receive a confirmation email of their registration and another email once their participant pack has been distributed with their tracking details. Any participant with insufficient details will receive an email indicating an error with a request to update their details in MyNetball.

The 2018 NetSetGO participant pack will include a t-shirt, size 4 netball, activity book, Suncorp Super Netball player cards and Suncorp Super Netball match tickets*.

NetSetGO CENTRE INFORMATION

 

NetSetGO Centre Registration

All NetSetGO Centres are required to re-register their program at the beginning of each year. The centre registration process will remain the same as previous years and should be completed through the MyNetball system.

The Registration Close Date will no longer dictate when centre equipment kits and participant packs are sent, therefore can be listed as any date as long as it is before the end of your program.

To complete the online NetSetGO Centre Registration you will require access to the MyNetball system. To gain access to the system, please complete the IT User Agreement and return it to [email protected]

Participant Registration

All NetSetGO Participants will be required to self-register in 2018 as the enrollment manager has been removed from the MyNetball system. Having participants self-register will ensure they have up-to-date details entered into the system which will allow the correct distribution and delivery of their participant pack. As participants will require a current email address to register, we encourage all NetSetGO coordinators to double check that all returning NetSetGO participants have a current email address saved to their MyNetball profile. Please refer to our How to find accounts with missing emails document to assist you with this process.

Equipment Kit

In 2018, the centre equipment kits will only change for centres in their 2nd, 3rd and 4th years of delivering the program. These centres will receive an equipment voucher via email to use online through RHS Sports on equipment of their choice, further information regarding the equipment vouchers will be made available shortly.

First year NetSetGO Centres will continue to receive the below:

  • Positional bibs (2 sets)
  • Mesh bibs (2 sets)
  • Bean bags (x 15)
  • Spike balls (x 5)
  • Skipping ropes (x 5)
  • Field markers (x 50)
  • Hoola Hoops (x 5)
  • Mesh carry bag (x 1)

(Additional First Year Equipment Kits can be purchased for $300.)

Invoice/Payment

The Netball Victoria NetSetGO Membership fee in 2018 is set at $60. It is again the NetSetGO centres responsibility to collect the full fee with invoices to then be distributed from Netball Victoria for the collection of membership fees. Invoices will be distributed quarterly to either the NetSetGO Centre directly or the association depending on the associations request.

PLEASE NOTE: The participant pack fee is non-refundable.

We encourage all NetSetGO centres to have an active payment gateway set up on MyNetball, to allow participants to pay at the same time as they register online.
