Geelong All Abilities Team Knuckles Down

All Abilities-StateTitles (2)

The Barwon Region All Abilities netball team is preparing to defend its title at Netball Victoria’s State Titles.

The State Titles provide a fantastic opportunity for players from right across Victoria to come together and compete in 15/Under, 17/Under, Open and All Abilities divisions.

All Abilities coach, Vicky McElligott, says “We have a great team again this year. They are keen and committed group. Training sessions have been focusing on systems and team structures and each week the players are stepping up.

The competition in Geelong just keeps improving and with the calibre of young players coming through it is exciting to be involved. We are all looking forward to defending the title and bringing it home for 2014.”

The State Titles competition is recognised as an invaluable development program and promotes a structured pathway for those playing netball in Victoria.

The 2014 State Titles All Abilities competition will be held at the State Netball and Hockey Centre on Sunday 05 October, 2014.
