The 2018 State Titles had it all; a new division, a four-time premiership and a one goal victory just some of the highlights of one of Victoria’s biggest weekend of netball.
48 teams from the 18 regions across Victoria competed with over 530 players taking the Shepparton courts across the weekend.
In the 15/U division, Chisholm claimed the title after defeating first-time grand finalists, East Gippsland.
A new division in 2018, the 15/U Mixed competition saw five teams compete on Sunday. Providing boys with the opportunity to compete at State Titles, the inclusion of a mixed division was well received by the netball community. Elmer were victors of the division, defeating Henderson 12-9.
It was a thrilling finish to the 17/U final, with Jika defeating North Central by just one goal, 16-15.
Two Bays claimed their fourth title in the Open division, with the grand final being played on Saturday afternoon. Defeating Jika by two goals, 14-12, Two Bays’ recent dominance in the Open division shows the strength of netball in the area.

The All Abilities State Titles will be held at the State Netball & Hockey Centre on 21 October.
