Netball plays a major role in regional communities

Netball Victoria look forward to the Regional Victoria Living Expo at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 1 – Sunday 3 May. The annual event attracted 10,000 visitors last year, providing information about the great lifestyle, employment and education opportunities available outside Melbourne.

Netball Clubs and Associations often play a major role in regional communities, acting as a key social contact point along with providing the community with an outlet for physical exercise and healthy living.

There are more than 130 exhibitors ready to share the experience of regional living under one roof. Entry is free and participants can chat directly with a host of people who will be able to help, including Melbourne Vixens athletes Chloe Watson and Geva Mentor*.

*Chloe Watson and Geva Mentor will be at the Sports in the Community Precinct between 11:30-12:30, Friday 1 May.
