How long does my NetSetGO participant pack take to arrive?

NetSetGO packs can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

My child has not received their NetSetGO pack. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that your NetSetGO pack has not arrived! Please review the below steps before completing the NetSetGO Pack Enquiry form.

  1. Has it been 4 weeks since your initial NetSetGO registration?
  2. Have you checked your local post office and or with your NetSetGO Centre Coordinator?
  3. Is the delivery address listed correctly in your registration?
  4. You haven’t moved to a new house within 4 weeks of the NetSetGO registration.

I have received a faulty item in my NetSetGO pack!

We are incredibly sorry that you have received a faulty item in your NetSetGO pack. Netball Victoria will order your item once you have completed the NetSetGO Pack Enquiry form and provided photo evidence.

*Please note that overinflated balls cannot be reordered.

What size NetSetGO t-shirt will fit my child?

Please click here to view the NetSetGO t-shirt size chart. NetSetGO t-shirts cannot be exchanged or reordered, therefore it is incredibly important to order the correct size.

My NetSetGO t-shirt does not fit my child! Can I order another?

Unfortunately, all NetSetGO T-shirts cannot be exchanged or reordered in 2019.

Please note Netball Victoria do not store any NetSetGO t-shirts.

Who can become a Suncorp NetSetGO Centre?

Any clubs, associations, schools or community groups can become an accredited Suncorp NetSetGO Centre.

How do I become a Suncorp NetSetGO Centre?

  1. Click here to submit interest in becoming a Suncorp NetSetGO Centre.
  2. Complete the steps that you will receive once you submit your interest.

Netball Victoria will be in contact with you within 1 – 3 business days.

What is my NetSetGO Centre delivery address?

  1. Log-in to your NetSetGO Centres MyNetball as an administrator.
  2. Select Programs
  3. Select NetSetGO Centre Registration on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. Program Settings -Once here, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find this information in Section 2 under ‘Address’. The address you have entered in this section will be the return to centre address for all NetSetGO participant packs!
