Netball Victoria is proud to partner with Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA), to help ensure every Australian diagnosed with breast cancer receives the very best support, information, treatment and care.
To help raise awareness, we’re encouraging all netball clubs, associations and leagues to hold a Pink Sports Day; rallying players, officials and supporters together to help raise awareness and funds in support of Australians affected by breast cancer.
A Pink Sports Day can be held at any time throughout the year. Many clubs choose to hold their fundraiser over Mother’s Day weekend in May or during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. However, we encourage you to host your day at any time when it works best for your club calendar.
By registering your event with BCNA, they can provide assistance in running the event. Register today.
The Melbourne Vixens will hold their own Pink Sports Day in Round 2 of Suncorp Super Netball on Sunday, 5 May.
