A New Sunday Option for Junior Netball in Ballarat. 

Netball Victoria will deliver a Sunday Junior Netball Competition, a new winter competition created to ensure every young player has a place to play.

Our focus is clear: Protect participation. Support families. Keep kids on the court.

  • Venue: Selkirk Stadium
  • Dates: April 26th – Sept 12th (subject to entries)
  • Game times: Mornings (subject to entries)

Netball Victoria Membership 

All players, coaches and umpires must have a current Netball Victoria membership prior to taking to the court. Players must self-register online through Netball Connect using their club link or via the Netball Connect app. Fill-in players who don’t have a registration for 2026, can purchase a Single Game Voucher (SGV) on the Netball Connect app ($5 seniors, $3 for juniors). This will provide the player a temporary registration for that match only (cannot be transferred to another match or day).

This competition has been established to strengthen participation, not disrupt existing structures. Netball Victoria remains committed to working collaboratively with all regional associations and leagues.

Our priority is ensuring players and families have consistent, quality opportunities to participate in netball.
