Talent Scouts view athletes in the 15/U, 17/U and open age group across open and reserve divisions, to be invited to trial for their relevant age group. Scouts view athletes in a match play setting and are assessing an athlete's talent as it is currently along with their potential to progress through the pathway in the future.
