Strategic Plan

Netball has a proud history in Victoria, having been played across the state for over 100 years. Across that time our sport has continued to evolve, delivering important shared experiences for Victorians from grassroots through to elite levels, and offering an accessible path for women’s participation and excellence in sport. 

We know that our game faces many challenges in an increasingly competitive market, but we’re committed to embracing that environment and striving to improve outcomes for every participant. We believe our new strategic plan positions us well to tackle those challenges, driving innovation and change to ensure we consolidate our place as a leader in sport participation for all Victorians.

Netball has a bright future in our state and our country, and we look forward to working with our entire netball community to deliver on that potential throughout the next four years and beyond.
