FTGNC currently fields 29 teams in the Mountain District Netball Association Saturday competition across all age groups from 5-7yo to A Grade. We are currently seeking applications for Head Coach roles for our 11 week Spring season from September - December.
There are 2 Head Coach roles available, one for our 11s/Mods and one for our 13s/15s/18s/Opens age groups for the Spring 2024 season. All teams train together in a "squad" format along with team time.
The roles involve:
- Leading the coaching of our players in a manner that extends and develops players to their fullest potential in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
- Mentoring and encouraging our team of Coaches and Assistant Coaches so that they can learn and develop new skills and feel confident and capable to coach teams both in conjunction with other coaches at squad training and independently during designated team time and during
