This Inclusion Action Plan was designed by Netball Australia and the eight state and territory members, in partnership with Play by the Rules, to assist netball Clubs and Associations on their journey towards creating more inclusive netball communities.
This checklist provides a range of activities to help you promote inclusion in your club or association.
The 7 Pillars of Inclusion, created by Play By The Rules, looks at the common elements of inclusive practice across diverse population groups, including people with disabilities, people from multicultural backgrounds and Indigenous Australians. It also provides a great starting point for designing strategies to improve inclusive practices at all levels of sport.
