NV's YAC recently launched resources to assist organisations when engaging Junior Committees. These resources are a result of their hard work and collaboration and we believe this will inspire youth inclusion within netball clubs. Our aim is to support organisations in creating their own junior committees, which will empower, encourage and engage young people. Involving youth in your committees ensures their voices are heard, gives them opportunity to advocate for themselves, and means they are included in creating positive change in your community.
