TALENT ACADEMY UMPIRE PROGRAM

Talent Academy Umpire Program 

The Talent Academy Umpire Program provides professional development opportunities for talent identified umpires across the six Netball Victoria regions- Central East, Central West, Eastern, North East, Northern and Western.

With the aim of increasing the opportunity for umpires to progress to the next level of accreditation, the program includes educational and professional development sessions (topics range from major and minor infringements to PVT and game management), practical on-court umpiring, strength and condition sessions, and specialist days. The program will comprise of 8 sessions over 9 months at various regional locations and the State Netball Centre.

Participation are talent identified during the State Titles and Association Championship competitions and invited to apply for the program.
