Aimed at participants with some knowledge of rules but little or no umpiring experience, the Introduction to Umpiring workshop is great for beginner umpires.  Topics include characteristics of a good umpires, using the whistle and hand signals to communicate, infringements and sanctions, and umpire positioning on court.  All ages welcome to participate.

WHAT TO BRING - Whiste & band, notebook & pen, water bottle.

WHAT TO WEAR - Comfortable active wear, runners
