Netball Victoria’s high performance pathway calendar kicked off over the March long weekend, with the State Titles held at Jubilee Park Stadium in Frankston, in partnership with Frankston City Council.
18 regions of 61 teams competed across the three days in 15&U female, 17&U female and male, Open female and All Abilities divisions.
The State Titles, as an event, showcases talent in players, umpires and coaches from all pockets of Victoria. It is an integral part of Netball Victoria’s pathway, particularly for players and umpires who are talent identified by scouts to take their next step, which may be Talent Academies or Victorian state team trials.
During the opening ceremony, Netball Victoria board member, Karen Cusack announced PEUGEOT as presenting partner of the State Titles and Association Championships, bringing together a brand with a rich history of innovation and performance with two of the most vital competitions in Netball Victoria’s high performance pathway.

The Elmer region backed up that performance with a thrilling comeback win in the Open division on Monday, also defeating an inaugural team in the division, East Gippsland (21-20), with Majar Hikuroa-Betham – Elmer winning the Player of the Match.
