Melbourne Vixens Co Vice-Captain Kate Moloney delivered a netball clinic on Tuesday 15 March at Doncaster & District Netball Association with the 13/U championship and 13/U reserve teams.
The clinic was conducted prior to the 2016 Netball Victoria Association Championships.
“Drills and Skills learnt from Kate Maloney were awesome. I will Definitely be using them in my game!” Zoe Douglas, clinic participant.
Held in conjunction with Lumo Energy, the Association Championships will enter their 17th year in 2016 and provide netballers from more than 220 Victorian Associations and Leagues an opportunity to compete in front of talent identification scouts.
“What a fantastic day, I learned so much more than I already knew, I had a great day and can’t wait to start watching Kate Maloney and the Vixens in action,” Olivia Bandera, clinic participant.
“It was great for the girls to get an insight off an elite netballer, because at the end of the day the girls all aspire to be where Kate is today,” Sonya Febbo, Doncaster & District Netball Association.
2016 is the first year that Doncaster & District will hold the Association Championships with a range of age groups and locations.
