The Melbourne Vixens and Netball Victoria are delighted to announce a new major partnership with Australia’s largest and most loved sushi purveyor, Sushi Sushi.
The new partnership will see Sushi Sushi form an active representation in the Netball Victoria community from grassroots to an elite level, by partnering with Suncorp NetSetGo in Victoria, the Schools Championships and Melbourne Vixens in a long-term arrangement.
Their brand logo will feature on the back of the Vixens dress.
“We are very proud to form this wonderful new partnership with Sushi Sushi,” said Netball Victoria CEO Rosie King.
“Like Netball Victoria, Sushi Sushi is passionate about Australian sport and its support will help us to drive successful pathways in netball at every level from grass roots and development, to associations and state based competitions, to elite level.
“We are very much looking forward to working together to promote health, wellness and active lifestyles to the Victorian community.”
With more than 120 stores across Australia, Sushi Sushi is the country’s leading sushi retailer, famous for its unrivalled quality and commitment to fresh, healthy food.
Sushi Sushi CEO and Founder, Anna Kasman said the brand was looking forward to forming a strong relationship with Netball Victoria and growing the profile of the sport across Australia.
“We recognise in Netball Victoria the very same healthy obsession that drives us to deliver high quality, fresh food to our customer’s day in and day out,” she said.
“We’re passionate about quality ‘food on the go’ contributing to the health and wellbeing of Australian consumers and this is reflected in Netball Victoria’s own commitment to encouraging Aussies to get out and get active.
“With obvious synergies in our vision and values for healthy lifestyles and sport in Australia, Netball Victoria and the Melbourne Vixens are a perfect fit for us. We are looking forward to achieving great things together.”
The Melbourne Vixens will open the new-look Suncorp Super Netball season against Collingwood on Saturday 18 February at Hisense Arena.
