Netball Victoria is excited to announce an agreement with SEDA Group (SEDA) that will see a Netball Victoria Sport & Business Program delivered from 2026.
The program will allow students to test a range of career pathways and give budding netball administrators and coaches access to valuable industry experience and networks while they study.
Students will have the opportunity to:
• Take part in Melbourne Vixens game day and community experiences
• Work on real-time projects aligned with the strategic objectives of Netball Victoria
• Hear from guest speakers and key Netball Victoria personnel
• Access industry-leading facilities and resources
• Immerse themselves in a professional sporting environment to develop insights into current and future career opportunities
• Upon successful completion, have access to educational pathways through a wide variety of providers and courses nationally, the vast majority with credits or advanced standing*
• Complete dual qualifications comprising SIS50321 Diploma of Sport and BSB50120 Diploma of Business

Applications are now open for the first intake of the new program in February 2026. Prospective students are required to successfully complete a pre-enrolment process, including an LLND assessment.
Students and families are encouraged to attend an information session to hear directly from SEDA, Netball Victoria, and current students from existing Sport & Business Programs.

Netball Victoria works in collaboration with SEDA Group RTO: 22503 on marketing and promotional services relating to the recruitment of prospective students for this program. SEDA Group is responsible for the training, assessment, and issuance of AQF certification documents. In 2025 some of this training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. 2026 funding is subject to approval. Eligibility criteria apply. RTO does not guarantee employment.
