An exciting new development with RACV is providing Netball Victoria affiliated clubs and associations with the chance to win a professional coaching session from Netball Victoria’s renowned coaching pathway.
RACV is now working with Netball Victoria to support grassroots netball coaches in their local communities. This includes support of two key components of our coaching program and is just the latest development in a history of partnership between RACV and Netball Victoria spanning more than six years.
The first component is a prize of a professional coaching session for two affiliated clubs and/or associations. To enter the RACV Coach the Coach competition, clubs and associations are asked to submit 100 words or less explaining why their club or association would benefit from a professional coaching session.
The competition will run from 1 April until 30 June. Two lucky winners will be selected, one from Metropolitan Melbourne and one from Regional Victoria. The winners will be contacted on 3 July, 2017.
In addition, every submission will be entered into a fortnightly draw to win a $100 RACV Gift Card.
The second component of this support is a sponsorship of Netball Victoria’s Community Award – the RACV Outstanding Contribution to Coaching award. The award winner will receive a $1,000 RACV gift card. Their club or association will also receive $2,000 at the annual awards ceremony held in October.

The amount a club or association coach would learn from a coaching session with any one of them would be absolutely invaluable,” said King
