Netball Victoria extends its deepest condolences to Zanaiya Bergen's family, friends, teammates past and present, and everyone connected with the Navarre Football Netball Club and the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball League.
Zanaiya was a talented goaler, known on court for her composure, strength and ability to score from anywhere in the circle. Off the court, she was known for her warmth, humour and the energy she brought to everyone around her. She cared deeply for her people and left a lasting impression on the Navarre community during the time she was part of it.

Zanaiya's netball journey also included time with the Taylors Lake, Stawell, Dimboola and Rupanyup netball clubs, whose tributes reflect the many lives she touched across the sport.
Our thoughts are with Zanaiya's family and friends, the Navarre community, and everyone across the netball community who is grieving her loss.
