GETTING THERE

Whether it be by car, public transport, taxi or rideshare, there are several transport options for your journey to the State Netball Centre.

Public transport is a great way to get to and from the State Netball Centre. 

 

TRAM - Yarra Trams operates tram services to the State Netball Centre.

Catch Tram 58 (which runs between West Coburg and Toorak) and stop at State Netball Hockey Centre/Royal Park (Stop 25). The State Netball Hockey Centre is a 3-minute walk from this tram stop. 

 

TRAIN - Metro Trains operates rail services to the State Netball Centre via the Upfield train line. Trains run from Flinders St Station on the Upfield line every day.

Catch the train to Royal Park station and then walk 8 minutes to the State Netball Centre.

CAR – There is limited free parking available at the State Netball Centre. We encourage attendees to carpool or seek alternative travel arrangements where possible. 

 

ACCESSIBLE PARKING – Limited accessible parking is available at Entry A and Entry B at the State Netball Centre.

 

ALTERNATIVE PARKING OPTIONS – Melbourne Zoo is located a few minutes’ walk from the State Netball Centre. Car parking is $2 for a five-hour ticket and can be purchased using the EasyPark app. 

Local streets surrounding the State Netball Centre have limited street parking.
