Welcome to NetGOALS, a program that allows inclusivity for all and provides opportunities and outlets for young people, or those who have previously been exposed to unlawful activity.

The free netball program occurs weekly in Shepparton and Kensington, and is open to both female and male participants between the ages of 12-17 years.

NetGOALS aims to engage youth in a team sport and develop their skills surrounding teamwork, resilience, leadership, handling pressure, responsibility, and their well-being.

The four pillars of NetGOALS are:

  • Goals in netball
  • Goals at home
  • Goals at school
  • Goals for the future

The program will run in term one, term two and the Easter school holidays.

Location: Kensington Community Recreation Centre YMCA, Cnr Kensington Rd & Altona St, Kensington, VIC, 3031

Dates: Sundays (from 28 February) terms 1 & 2 (school holiday program TBA)

Schedule: Free breakfast 8.00am - 8.40am, court time 8.45am - 9.45am, warm down 9.45am - 10.am

The first 40 participants will receive a Puma gym sack and Melbourne Vixens netball, and more!
