FAQS for Parents
Once registered you’ll receive a notification to let you know that your pack is on the way with a delivery estimate. But for most metropolitan areas, your pack should take between 7-10 business days and for those more rural it may take an extra day or two.
Please get in touch with our customer service team if you haven’t received your pack by the estimated delivery date and we’ll track it down for you.
Yes – you will need to send your existing t-shirt with an exchange form back to our warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria. Please contact our customer service team who will help you exchange your t-shirt for a new size. Cost of returning the existing t-shirt lies with the customer.
NetSetGO programs can run anytime throughout the year! We recommend running the program alongside existing junior netball competitions, Auskick and or school terms.
A NetSetGO program must go for a minimum of 8 weeks.

1. Log-in to your NetSetGO Centres MyNetball as an administrator.
2. Select Programs
3. Select NetSetGO Centre Registration on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Program Settings -Once here, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find this information in Section 2 under ‘Address’. The address you have entered in this section will be the return to centre address for all NetSetGO participant packs!
