Netball Victoria has a range of policies and regulations that ensures netball is delivered in an enjoyable, safe and inclusive environment. This course is an introduction and overview of the key reference documents that make up the NV Complaints Management Framework. The aim of the course is to give administrators the tools to ensure the complaint resolution procedures are understood, accessible and working well within your organisations.

Train Like A Vixen is a full-day netball clinic, including quality specialist coaching where you will learn specific technical skills and game sense activities, plus a chance to meet one of the Vixens players!

E-Safety Training for Associations, Leagues and Clubs

Session will cover:
- current trends in social media use, particularly in sporting environments
- the importance of having a social media policy and how these policies relate to existing codes of behaviour, member protection and club/organisation policies.
- safeguarding all members of your organisation and key online safety messages to share with their sporting community.
