Three teams remain undefeated in the Championship division, two of which go head-to-head in Round 4. Boroondara Express shot out of the blocks with comfortable wins in all three rounds. Wilson Storage Southern Saints have had some tighter tussles, but their accuracy under the post and ability to stay calm under pressure has seen them prevail in every match.
Division 1
Geelong Cougars reign supreme in Division 1 as the only team to have won all their matches this season. Wilson Storage Southern Saints and Hawks Netball are hot on their heels, with both teams having won two matches and drawn another. The Hawks will be looking to go one step further after their draw against the City West Falcons last week, while Geelong will be hoping to cement their spot at the top of ladder in their clash with Casey Demons.
19/Under
In the 19&U division this week, the undefeated North East Blaze face off against reigning champions City West Falcons. The Falcons have been impressive in their title defence so far; their smallest winning margin this season was 13 goals against Geelong Cougars in Round 1. North East Blaze have also achieved similar margins, winning their closest match by 25 goals. With both teams proving their prowess under the post, the midcourt and defensive strategies will be crucial to their success this week.
