Pack Information
Participant Pack
Every Woolworths NetSetGO participant will receive a participant pack.
The pack includes:
- Woolworths NetSetGO size 4 netball.
- Woolworths NetSetGO T-shirt
Participants have the option to personalise their t-shirt.
Returning NetSetGO participants will receive our Experienced NetSetGO'er Participant Pack. Which includes:
- A drawstring bag
- A drink bottle
Woolworths NetSetGO participants will receive an email from the Woolworths NetSetGO online shop with instructions to redeem their participant pack.
For any questions regarding pack redemption or the NetSetGO online shop, please contact the NetSetGO Shop directly.
Once the registration has been processed, and the confirmation and welcome email sent, participants will receive a separate eStore activation email from Netball Australia (enquiries@dmcsport.com.au) titled "Set up your Woolworths NetSetGO Shop account".
This is usually within 24-48 hours for participants that were registered by credit/debit card, however can take up to 5 business days for participants registered by direct debit.
The participant will use the link in the email to access the store and activate the account. After the account has been activated, store credit will automatically be applied to the account. The participant will need to redeem the participant pack, provide their mailing details and process the order.
The participant pack includes a Woolworths NetSetGO t-shirt and a Woolworths NetSetGO size 4 netball. Participants will have the option to personalise the t-shirt with their name for an additional $10.
Returning NetSetGO participants will receive our Experienced NetSetGO'er Participant Pack. Which includes:
- A drawstring bag
- A drink bottle
The pack will take between 3-10 business days to arrive at the participants nominated address. Should the order contain a personalised t-shirt, please allow an additional 5 business days for processing. Please allow up to 14 business days in the event that the order may be delayed.
Oh no! Please Please contact the Customer Support team from the Woolworths NetSetGO Shop with details of the fault and they will get straight onto a replacement for you.
If the Woolworths NetSetGO t-shirt doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange it. Participants will need to send their existing t-shirt with an exchange form back to the warehouse in Rowville, Victoria. Participants will need to contact our customer service team who will help exchange the t-shirt for a new size. The cost of returning the existing t-shirt lies with the customer.
