2021 Participant Pack

Every Suncorp NetSetGO participant will be sent a pack when they register. The pack includes:

- Suncorp NetSetGO branded item such as a size 4 netball, backpack, lunchbox or drink bottle. 
- Suncorp NetSetGO T-shirt

COVID-19 has severely impacted NetSetGO stock items. Unfortunately, this means you cannot choose which branded item you will receive. The pandemic has also severely extended postage times (4-6 weeks).

Pack Questions

Once registered, you’ll receive a notification to let you know that your pack is on the way with a delivery estimate. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has extended shipping times. Packs can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Oh no! Please get in touch with our customer service team with details of the fault and they will get straight onto a replacement for you.

Yes – you will need to send your existing t-shirt with an exchange form back to our warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria. Please contact our customer service team who will help you exchange your t-shirt for a new size. Cost of returning the existing t-shirt lies with the customer.
