It’s one v two in the Championship division, with first-placed Melbourne University Lightning taking on the DC North East Blaze.
Both teams are a win clear on top of the ladder, sitting on six wins, with just percentage separating the two teams.
The match-up of the game is in the midcourt, between experienced players; Lightning’s Elle Bennetts and Blaze’s Ella Bayliss.
The last time the two teams played, in Round 10 2016, the Lightning were 17-goal victors, 63-46.
The seventh-placed Monash Storm will take on the eighth-placed ACU Sovereigns in another ladder-defining match in Round 8.
All eyes will be turning to one key match-up in the game – between Storm’s Kim Commane and Sovereigns’ Demelza Fellowes.

Division one
The Boroondara Express will be looking for their first win of the season in Division One, taking on the ninth-placed Peninsula Waves.
With the Express sitting with seven losses from seven matches for the season, and the Waves claiming just the one win from seven games, both teams will be determined to get a win on the board.
The top four could also get a shake-up in Round 8, with third and fourth on the ladder battling it out.
The City West Falcons sit in third position with five wins, with the Wilson Storage Southern Saints just behind in fourth on the same points.

Melbourne University Lightning will be looking to return to the winners list after going down to Geelong last round.
The loss saw the Lightning drop from second to fourth, with Geelong and the DC North East Blaze moving ahead to second and third.
