Complaints management training

Netball Victoria has a range of policies and regulations that ensure netball is delivered in an enjoyable, safe, and inclusive environment.
The complaints manager training has been developed to provide an overview of the dispute resolution process for each of these policies and regulations we are governed by, the scope in which they cover and examples of where they are applicable.
The key documents which will be the focus of this training include, Constitutions, Child Safety in Netball Policy and Code of Conduct, Member Protection Policy, Complaints Handling Regulation, Gender Regulation and Codes of Conduct.
We encourage all those at our associations, leagues and clubs who manage complaints and disputes in their netball community attend one of the training sessions.
