Technology Project - Progress Update
As outlined in previous Club News, the process to select a MyNetball alternative is moving along well. The working group have finished the robust testing and review of both WSA and PlayHQ platforms and community groups have provided feedback on both platforms. The working group has meet with the sub committee and have given recommendations. The sub committee is made up of leaders within the netball community, NV board members and NV staff. The sub committee will discuss the recommendations, the business implications and other important factors and decide upon a preferred vendor. They will then present this to the board for a decision.
We look forward to announcing the new provider in the next few months. In the meantime, should you have any questions please contact a member of the Affiliate Services team.

Netball Victoria and its Affiliates are committed to the health and wellbeing of all of its members and others who participate in NV's activities. NV wants netball to be fun, enjoyable and safe for all involved and is dedicated to providing a safe environment for everyone.

That positions of responsibility or authority cover a wide range of positions including directors, committee members, coaches, umpires, officials, team managers and other senior positions. Comprehensive information regarding the regulation is detailed in the Child Safety in Netball Policy and referenced in the Child Safety in Netball Code of Conduct.
Working with Children Check Victoria - Status Checker Tool
The status checker is an excel spreadsheet that will check the status of multiple cards and applications and display them in a table. You can save the file on your PC and periodically run the checker to ensure all your staff and volunteers have a valid check. For information and to download the Status Checker Tool, click here.
