The largest ever State Titles have concluded after two days of netball action!
422 games were played between the 59 registered teams, with over 630 players taking to the court.
The two-day event was attended by many sports stars and politicians, including Melbourne Vixens goaler, Tegan Philip and Training Partner, Lara Dunkley, as well as Joanne Ryan MP, Senator Bridget McKenzie and Mary-Anne Thomas MP.
The first day was action-packed, with all five divisions taking to the courts.
Day One concluded with the Open Division Finals on Saturday night, which provided some thrilling encounters.
Both Semi-Finals saw the teams deadlocked at 13-all at the end of the match, with extra time required to decide the two grand finalists.
Two Bays and North East were the victors and contested a strong Grand Final, with Two Bays claiming the title, 23-10.
The competition continued on Sunday, with 17/U, 15/U and All Abilities teams taking to the court before finals in the afternoon.
A record number of All Abilities teams participated in this year’s tournament, with Elmer claiming the win in the All Abilities Championship category, and Barwon successfully defending their 2017 title in the Reserves category.
Henderson was the winner of the 17/U division and Elmer took out the 15/U title.
