VMMNA’s MLeague competition will team up with Movember Australia to host their inaugural Movember Round on November 27.
As the leading charity changing the face of men’s health, Movember Australia exist to help men live happier, healthier, longer lives.
Movember helps to raise awareness about men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
To support Movember’s mission, five Victorian MLeague players will put their ‘mo-game’ to the test and grow their moustaches for the entire month of November.
Launching their campaign on November 1, MLeague have already achieved over 50% of their fundraising target of $8,000.
As part of VMMNA’s dedicated round, Movember are set to provide access to informative programmes and services they believe all men should understand. Information booths will be located at the State Netball and Hockey Centre.
